Victoria is a graceful Pearson 424 ketch. Built by Pearson Yachts in Bristol, RI and designed by Bill Shaw, a respected naval architect. Victoria was designed to cruise comfortably and go the distance. Pearson 424 owners have sailed around the globe, and all points in-between!
This professionally maintained, 42-foot-long ketch features a Garmin GPS navigational system and sails very well in all weather conditions.
Victoria has a strong fiberglass hull and 7600 pounds of ballast and is stiff in a breeze and surprisingly quick upwind. Her nonskid decks are spacious, allowing easy movement and plenty of space to stretch out and tan. Inside, the main salon is airy and roomy with 6'4" headroom and a fine teak interior. The shower, fridge, and head are at your service. The V-berth (sleeping quarters) is large and very comfortable with its own convenient sink.
Victoria’s safety features include an inflatable zodiac boat, top-grade life jackets for all passengers, fire extinguishers, first-aid kit, flares and other emergency signaling systems. Capt. Pete is certified by the Red Cross in first aid.
